Workshops Run by Ky, Registered Yoga Therapist, counsellor and Remedial massage therapist will be based around natural body movement and balance. Incorporating relaxation, breathing and yoga postures designed to awaken your pelvic floor with steadiness and ease.
Workshops will help you develop the skills and benefits of being present, focusing your energy, and reconnecting with yourself. Slow down your mind, bring clarity to your thoughts, and experience personal growth.
